Dear Client

Dear Clients and other friends:

I am pleased to report that we had a great success during the past several years.  Arizona Demos and Marketing more than tripled in size and volume since 2015 and we expect to see continued growth throughout the coming year and beyond.  On a go forward basis, I wanted to make sure that that you were aware of the following:

  1. Arizona Demos and Marketing: In 2015, we officially changed the name of my company to Arizona Demos and Marketing.  We still focus on specialty foods, but we decided to simplify the company name.  Also, I still operate as a sole proprietor, although I may incorporate at some point in the near future.  Please make checks payable to Brigitte Rensel – Arizona Demos and Marketing.
  2. Arizona Demos and Marketing has its own Federal Tax ID number. The number is available upon request. Please make sure that ALL payments sent to me are recorded under my Federal Tax ID Number and NOT my social security number.
  3. Business Checking Account at Compass Bank: I have established a business checking account for Arizona Demos and Marketing at Compass Bank. Several companies are already set up to make direct deposits to my account rather than sending me a check.  If you would like to set up direct deposit, please let me know.
  4. Business Insurance: Unlike some other companies, Arizona Demos and Marketing carries both Business Liability Insurance ($2M with Liberty Mutual) and Workers Compensation (with CNA) covering my contract employees and me.  If you need proof of insurance please let me know.
  5. Experienced Team: In order to support clients large and small, I have assembled a team of seven highly qualified demo people. All team members hold their Arizona Food Handlers License and all have extensive experience conducting demos of a wide variety of products.

Thanks again for your continued support and confidence.  I look forward to working with you in the coming year.

Best regards,
Brigitte Rensel

Specialty Food Demos and Marketing

Thank you for your interest in Arizona Demos and Marketing LLC.

As many of you already know, I have an extensive knowledge of the specialty food industry, having worked as a specialty food sales representative in Arizona for over 25 years. I have experience selling a wide variety of imported and domestic cheeses, grocery, meat, chocolate and bakery items. Over the past several years, I have personally conducted and/or supervised thousands of food demos for over a hundred vendors throughout the greater Phoenix and Tucson areas. Both the stores where the demos were conducted and the vendors I represented have been extremely pleased with the results.

In 2020, I converted from a sole-proprietorship to Arizona Demos and Marketing LLC. We carry $2  Million of Commercial General Liability Insurance with Hiscox and Workers Compensation Insurance with CNA. Most major food retailers in Arizona have already approved us to do demos. All members of my demo team have extensive demo experience and hold Arizona Food Handler’s licenses.

I have excellent contacts with most of the specialty food retailers throughout Arizona (Phoenix, Tucson and the surrounding areas) and would be of great service to your company, providing excellent representation of your product line.

Because of the need to adapt to Covid 19 health safety requirements, we have acquired and use new heavy-duty demo tables and Plexiglas sneeze guards. We have also invested in a variety of materials to support our demos including individual plastic serving containers, new/updated signage and cleaning materials. Effective May 1st of 2022, our updated prices for demos are as follows:

  • $165.00 for a 3-hour demo in the greater Phoenix
  • $195.00 for a 4-hour demo in the greater Phoenix area
  • $210.00 for 3 hrs. In Tucson
  • $245.00 for 4 hrs. In Tucson

It is important to note that these new rates include taking pre-orders of product from the store managers for the demos and transmitting the orders to the distributor. These new rates also reflect increased travel expenses associated with higher gas prices.

I would like the opportunity to partner with you in marketing your products and expanding your distribution throughout Arizona. I look forward to discussing these opportunities with you in the near future.

Best Regards,
Brigitte Rensel
